Fished magic today it was slow but we caught some nice trout. There is 5-6 inches of ice. Hope this helps.

I used to live in Gooding and we caught some big perch in Magic do they still have large perch there?

Looking at the ice fishing contest at magic last year the contest winning perch was 11 oz . They didn't show any lengths. I'm trying to learn how to catch them but not much luck yet.
