We got out Saturday for a while. Glad we did, it sure was nice out. Would have been better if the fish would have cooperated more. We had very few bites. Earl lost a good fish that morning and not long after that I boated a nice 6.5 # er. We moved around a few different spots with nothing happening at all. I finally hooked up with a good one that I wrestled with for a short bit but it came unbuttoned on me. The bites we had were shallow. And the bites we had were on a trap. Tried jerkbaits and jigs also with nothing.
