Had a great day fishing with my Dad on the Weber below Echo. Lots of people were out enjoying the warm weather, but we managed to find a couple of open spots to fish. Seemed like they'd hit anything red (red Zebra Midge, red Copper John, and San Juan Worms) as long as it was right near the bottom. More pics and the full story on my blog if you're interested:

Great Spring fishing in February! Did it look like all the construction is complete on the dam?

Hey TiteLines, I was up at the Weber yesterday. Drove past Echo dam and it appeared that all the construction was done. It's looked the same for a long time though. Also, there's almost no water in the river until you hit Morgan. I caught 4 whitefish.[fishon]
Hope that helps answer your question.

Nice catch and a great weekend to be out! I also hit the Weber this past weekend around the Taggart area. Did very well with grey scuds above a san juan. Caught a mess of whitefish with a few feisty browns as well. LOTS of people out though. Those fish get pounded!
