SethColeman, Chickamauga, Crappie, Sunday 2/15/15, Jason-William-Hickson

Some young guns were pretty excited about fishing, told them it was gonna be cold on Sunday but it didn't phase them. Launched at 8 at CFP, mega winds and very cold. Decided to head over to a dock to hopefully escape wind and let them catch some crappie. Didn't take long and we were boating quality fish. My boat is only 17ft long, so 2 adults and 2 kids is pretty cramped throwing a double rig on a float. Color was outlaw special all day. I was catching fish on 1/32 w/outlaw special. Most of fish came off bobber with 1/32 and 1/64 jig with itty bitty swimmer in bottom. All but 1 fish came off the bottom jig.....it's ABSOLUTLEY deadly. There were so many fish, I snagged 2 in the back and one in the tail. The young ones made it till about 10:30 and I took them back to the ramp. That's when I decided to go back out, and I crushed them. I only saw 1 other boat all day, and the double rig under a float was the ticket. Kept them a limit of fish. I caught somewhere between a lot and a crap ton. Float in 8fow with outlaw special. Water temp=cold, air temp=cold, windy!
