Minersville Reservoir
#1
New member here..

I've fished Minersville a few times this past week and found some decent success. I fished from both my pontoon and from the shore, and found the fish to be about 30' - 50' out. Olive or black buggers with an olive or black zebra midge tailing behind about 16" seem to be the best producers for me.

The majority have been in the 15" range, although on each trip I've caught at least one that is pushing 20"+. Attached is one of the bigger ones I've pulled in.

Fish on!

Excellent report, thank you. I'm thinking of taking my father up there at the end of the month. Do the streams coming off the reservoir carry any fish as well?

Nice one...did you happen to try shallower along the bank? Curious if they are still up tight cruising. Well done!
