Chesterfield Conditions?

I am heading up to Bear Lake valley this weekend and was curious whether Chesterfield has iced off or what the conditions were? Any recent reports would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Saw some pictures from Sunday of some buddies who wanted to go and they couldn't find anyplace to get on. They drove up to 24 mile and were able to fish near the dam with no problems.
