Just got back from Willard and the Southeast corner was very good to us. Eight wipers and we could have caught more if we had more time. Fire tiger shallow divers and lipless Rapalas. The faster we trolled, the bigger the fish. Fished from 2:00 to 4:00 in 9 to 10 feet of water.

That's it, I'm spending a lot of time up there next week... Time to wipe my Willard skunk stench off for the year!

Thanks for the encouragement. I got lucky today. I was roaring out to go find that Island, but about halfway there my motor died (problem with the fuel line). That left me with only the Minn Kota so I decided to slowly head upwind and would up in the corner. There were several other boats there too and it looked like they were also catching a few fish. Now I just need to find some walleye!
