Took my float tube out for the first time this year, more to try my new fly rod and reel than anything else. Ended up having about a dozen hits and catching three of them. Two were about twelve inches long, the other was fifteen inches and fat. They all looked healthy. Not a bad day in all for early spring fishing. It was nice to be out there before all the boaters start heading out, my feet were only slightly numb from low water temperature.
