Does anyone have a real life water temperature taken from Utah Lake this week (TubeDude or BLK possibly) ? The state website says water temps are already mid 50's to 60's but last I heard from someone who was out there it was still only around 51 out by bird island at mid day.
I'm probably going to head out there this weekend anyway to try and catch some catfish, but it'd be nice to have some advanced intel prior to heading out.

Just got back from LB about 1:00 and the water temp topped out at 54 degrees -- 51 degrees at 7:30 a.m.
Slow fishin' ... only two cats, both about 23 inches.

I fished at Lincoln Beach today between 10 am and 4pm. Water temp was 55.2 at the start and 58.1 when I left. One bite and 1 fish. A 27" male kitty. Fishing was pretty slow but at least I fought of the skunk.

Temps are coming up where I want them. Too bad I won't be able to get down there this week as planned. I think I will need to hit the river by my house for my catfish fix this time.[:|]

Sorry for no report... my fiancee and I had plans to go down and rent a canoe from Lindon Marina. I even called the number on the site and made sure they could get one out for me this time of year.
Was looking forward to it all week... then I showed up and the person at the gate said she wouldn't get one out for me because it was too late in the day and she wouldn't be around to get it back in.
I'm a lot more into fishing than she is... I think she was more excited about the canoe, so we just figured we'll try again some other time. Probably just go to Provo next time.
