Why dont they???

Army corps has been trying to cull cormorants and terns for several years and keep running into legal issues with conservation groups. Now audubon is going to sue in response to the proposed cormorant cull.

I propose they live trap a couple doz skunks,coons and red fox off the mainland and dump them on the nesting islands. Problem solved

why not live trap the conservation groups and deposit them offshore ? two problems solved[Wink]

F&G tried that on Islands above minadoka dam. The animals swam off.

Hooked a dozen of those and landed 8 last week. Also hooked into half dozen seals but failed to land any. If anyone is going to S Cal make sure and hit a boat for yellowtail. It's on and BFT are starting to show.
