East Canyon Report

Fished East Canyon today from the shore. It was not fast but caught a few. One was a fat thing the shape of a football. I also caught a kokanee. I haven't caught one of those up there since the mid 70's when I was a kid.

A Kokanee from shore? What did you catch it on?

Yeah, I was shocked to catch it from shore also. I actually caught it on Power Bait. I think I may have snagged it on the side of the mouth more than having it take the power Bait. It hit when I was reeling in very slowly.
