Forage in Pineview
#1
As I have mentioned before, I am planning on hitting Pineview hard for two days straight in three weeks. I was curious what types of forage there are. I am aware that there are crawdads, and I'm sure that the bass (and musky) feed on smaller perch and crappies. I was curious what else they would feed on in Pineview. I will be targeting bass and crappie

Yellow Perch, rainbows, blue gill, crappie, etc. Tiger Musky were stocked to help reduce the perch and crappie population which were stunting.

One of the most prevalent that I didn't see mentioned already is carp. Overall, it seems like the three most prevalent forage fish are going to be crappie, carp and perch.

Mud cats also need to be added to the list.

Baby rainbows are like candy to the Muskie! I've done well with f-5 rainbow rapalas there...
