I have been doing as much fact finding as I can on when and where to catch crappie this year, deciding to hit Pineview hard in a few weeks. Weather permitting, the spawn should be in full swing by then. The consensus that I have read is that in Pineview the best place to catch crappie is around cemetery point. What do you guys think?

I find that Cemetery Point is a good place to catch Crappie through the ice.
Not so much after ice off.
The East shoreline, Bays and even the Narrows are better places to target Crappie in warmer weather.
During the spawn, target weeded areas along the shoreline.

Happybob,
I have found that middle fork has been most productive for crappie in the spring. Depending on water level, the crappie like the shallow flats and cover where the water temp is a bit warmer.

Middle Fork? Is that the same area as the middle inlet?
