Wipers at the end of the rainbow, along with a few bows
#1
A friend and I fished Huntington North today in our kick boats. We used fast sinking lines and size 4-8 bead head buggers and leeches in brown/olive, black/orange, and green/black. We caught a little of everything. One largemouth, some wipers, and some rainbows. The water temperature has warmed to 57-60 degrees and that has the wipers waking up. The reservoir level is at 84% full and dropping with the visibility in the water around 6'. It looks like the pelicans got the memo about the DWR stocking schedule. I wish the weather would settle down a little because the fishing is picking up almost everywhere.

[#0000FF]Nice. Glad everything finally came together so you could bend your fairy wand more. Looks like winter is finally making a departure. Hopefully Starvy has a nice welcome for us on our next trip together.
