On the water at the island ramp just after 7am and off by 11am. Put 5 rainbows and 1 walleye in the boat and one mystery that broke off. Used power bait, a white streamer and a shad rap. Nothing on any spinners or spoons. Water temp 57* and the water is definitely 100% full.

We launched at the island, they were totally open with a single floating dock in the water, and they have a decon station there too.

May we assume the 109% is a typo.

The Central Utah Water Conservancy District web site shows the level at 5,415' (94.2% full) which is about 2' below the spillway.
