Strawberry shore fishing???

Going to strawberry or solider creek this Friday from the shore since the boat is not an option on this trip so if anyone has any tips or advice, please let me know! Also i would like a fishing report as well. thanks.

I have landed them over on the soldier creek side with Yellow Corn Powerbait, Rainbow Garlic Powerbait and also floating a worm off the bottom with a red garlic marshmallow.

A medium chrome Castmaster or a 3" tube jig tipped with a worm usually does pretty well.

But, Powerbait or worm+marshmallow are always a good choice when you want to catch fish.

Lots of people park on either side of the dam and walk down to the water to fish. From the number of people they must be catching fish.
