Have a couple of trips coming up later on this week, so got out about 6:15 to try to find a couple of new ledges. Went to a couple of points first & got nothing, Found a channel bend & went to work with the football jig. Got a bump & set the hook into a strong fish that never came up til I got her next to the boat. It was a one-eyed girl that seemed fine with just one eye! She went 7.38#. A few casts later, caught a fat 3.75# fish & moved to another drop. Caught 2 more 2-2.5# fish & came in at 8:45. Ledge pattern with a jig has worked for the last couple of weeks for me, so including a 8+ lb. fish that Rod caught on a trip last Thurs & a 5#er my lovely wife caught last Wed. OK, Jmax! I gave a report, so you don't need to call me out for a little while anyway! emoBig
