Hey guys!
For fishing from shore, what Utah lake(s) would you recommend for catching the biggest trout during the summer months?
Thanks!

How many lake trout are caught from shore? The post was specific about fishing from shore. I would rule out Flaming Gorge. A second for Strawberry.
Also what is considered a big trout? 3 lbs 5 lbs?
Some rivers will kick out some 3 pounders.

[#0000FF]Surprised nobody has suggested Scofield for the big tiger trout. Maybe not so much during summer, and the low water might complicate matters. But there are some big ol' meat eaters in there.

Any of your local urban fisheries right after they plant the brood stock. Not pretty but big.
