[#0000FF]Just finished a bowl of my annual turkey carcass recycling project...tortilla soup. Salvages a surprising amount of turkey flesh from a picked-over carcass and makes a good hot soup that warms you from the inside. Just the thing for cold snowy winter days.
I posted this recipe last year and just had a couple of requests for a redo. Here 'tis.

Thanks for posting this again. I am going to try it out. For those of y'all that haven't tried Pat's recipes, you are missing out. The man knows how to make good grub!

The knee is good but it will get stiff if I sit for too long. I'm ready to try out the hard deck this year. I fished a tiny bit during the summer and once or twice this fall. Not nearly as much as I used to. Time to repent for those sins.

[#0000FF]Yeah, verily. Repent, repent.
I suggest a float tube baptism at the church of the 7th day angler. After the water warms up again in the spring, of course.

[#0000FF]Time to break out the BIG auger...as in dynamite. Only problem is that it is a bit noisy. If it doesn't scare the fish off it will make them float to the top. But DWR might frown on it.
