Willard bay in the winter?

Just wondering how Willard bay is right now? Can I still catch wipers this kate? I'm off Wednesday and from the forecast it looks like it's the warmth before the storm.

Yesterday it appeared Willard was froze. Hard to tell for sure I was driving HY89. I would not expect any thing for a while.

I climbed the South dike yesterday. 95% capped, but it looks thin and it wouldn't surprise me if it opens back up again with the warmer temps this week.

Yeah it was definitely capped on the 2nd when I drove by. Sure it'll be opened up by tomorrow with this warm weather.
