Utah lake pumphouse 1-19-04
#1
I ice fished the pumphouse on monday with my buddies. There is about 5 inches of ice and no slush. We got there at around 11 o'clock and fished until 4. We didn't get one bite the whole time. A few people around us did catch a few white bass and crappie but that was about it. We moved all over the place but still no bites. We fished with jigs tipped with waxies, sonars, and nightcrawlers. One of the worst ice fishing trips ever, at least it's only a half an hour drive from home.

Fished the pumps Sunday 3:00 - 5:30. I caught one 3" white bass, my daughter caught one 13.5" white bass, and my son caught three 8-12" white bass. Fishing was slow. Fish were hard to find. Used a flasher to find the fish. Once we found them it was very hard to get them to bite. Only two other fishermen fishing. Not great fishing, but like you said it's close.
