You wish you were my neighbor

Neighbor gifts, fresh out of the smoker, with a box of crackers and a small block of Tillamook...now don't you wish you lived next door.

For the spec guys:
All lake trout. The big fillets are from a 7lb'er my boy caught. The other are 3lb pups.
3 parts water, 1 part brown sugar, 1 part salt, brine over night, fresh cracked pepper. 1 hour in the smoker at 150F with apple wood and finish in the oven at 170F.

Yep, you have some lucky neighbors. I lived in Tillamook for several years, many moons ago. Great cheese.

B, sounds like the least expensive option.
