I see Rockport has capped with ice. Pineview also may have some.

Does any person here have intel on the thickness of the ice at either location? I need to get out and test myself prior to heading to fish lake for the perch jerking on Jan 30th, 2016.

My cousin drove past Pineview on the 26th and said it still wasn't capped by the dam. I imagine there might be 3" on some parts of it by now, but maybe give it another week or two to be sure?
