Frozen in Wyoming / Flaming Gorge
#1
The lake is capped from the pipeline north! Ice thickness varys from 2 inches to 8 inches. Be Careful! Fished above Buckboard at Current Creek today 5 inches of ice and the bite was early with 2 to 5 pound Rainbows & Macinaw. Twenty FOW or deeper Mac just above the bottom & Rainbows 10 to 15 deep suspended.. Jigs or spoons tip with meal worms or minnows.. Glow worked well and white was right.. Be sure to bring tent & heater it was -17 this a.m. & the high was just 4 cold degrees.. Don't think there is enough firewood to stay warm every in a light breeze ...

Very nice Mike! I heard bait was scarce in Green River so make sure you bring it with you.
