Crappie, eyes and cats all feed at night. If you try it and don't do any good... stick around for a few hours after dark... it might pay off!

Drove past yesterday and there were only a couple of people and there were leaving. Didn't see many holes drilled.

Willard is a tough ice fishery thats why so few people fish it. However if your in the right place at the right time you can get some nice suprises.

The ice was only 3 & 1/4" as of Thursday away's off shore, about 4" close to shore. As mentioned be prepared to drill a lot of holes to find fish and expect to be skunked.
If you have some GPS spots you have marked, that would be good starting spots to try. [signature] |
