It is not frozen over enough to walk on. The lake is about half frozen over as I type this. If the wind doesn't blow it should be ok by the Cisco run.wind is the real enemy here. It is supposed to stay below freezing for the high for the next couple of weeks and the lows are supposed to be single digits and teens.
I'm crossing my fingers, eyes, legs.........

No safe ice in fact you could see the wind had blown a lot of ice to shore where it was all broke up....
