Can anyone confirm that the road is open?

It's open year round from American Fork to the Tibble Fork Reservoir parking area, I was up there two weeks ago and it hasn't snowed enough to cause a closure for sure. The Alpine Hwy is closed from the top of American Fork Canyon to Provo Canyon for through traffic during the winter.

Thank you Jedediah. I thought it was open year round, but something I read on the DNR page made me think otherwise.
