I arrived at day break and the parking lot at the boat dock has not been plowed . 14" of wet snow , my truck and trailer got stuck . I shoveled it out and got on solid ground . I unloaded my 4 wheeler and road out on the lake to check the conditions . 10" of wet snow on top of 4 " of slush . Atv stuck , I locked in all four tires and just barely got it back on the trailer . Unloaded my snow machine and road out on the lake again , no problem . Went back to my truck and loaded my fishing gear and headed out . Fished from 20 yards off the back to 50 yards . In water from 14' to 20' . Landed two 10" planters in 4 hours . Not very many fish on the finder . If you are fishing the tournament , leave your atv's home and bring good boots . You will probably be standing in 4 " of water , I was .
