Made a trip to Echo on Saturday morning. Got skunked. Everyone I talked to same thing. People that were their the day before said they couldn't get the fish off there hook fast enough

That lake does have a few "deadzones", don't know why. I have fished it plenty of times too when I mark fish on the flasher and can't get them to bite. I see them looking at my offering and then swimming out of view on the flasher. It hasn't happened to me much this year, but man, last year it was like pulling teeth to get a bite on bottom.

We were there also on Saturday. Between five of us we caught 21 perch and around 9 rainbows. Not a fast and furious day but enough to keep us entertained.
