My bud Randy is off on Friday. No wind today, thought we&#39;d give Crappie fishing a try. We put in about 9:30 and fished until about 3:00.<br />I went to some spawning areas to try and see if they were there, not there, just went to fishing blowdowns and picked up several crappie, took home 7 keepers and 2 of them were donated by another boat. We probably threw back 20 short fish. Most of the fish were caught in less than 5 fow. BG&#39;s were the bait and the water temp was 65 - 67 almost everywhere. They should be turning on bigtime soon. A great day to be on the water. Sorry no pics this time.
