Joes Valley launch ramp

Does anyone know if its open? I saw on the camera that the lake looks to be ice free, but I don't want to drag my boat all of the way down there to find a locked gate! Any info would be greatly appreciated [] Fred K.

I haven't been there but I've seen boats go by on the camera so I would assume that you should be able to launch.
