Today was day 2 with my clients from Ga., and what a day! We fished a lot of shallow grass yesterday and had great success, so today we decided to go down river and fish some deeper areas with 3/4 oz. Producer swimbaits and 6XD Crankbaits. The bite today was a little slower, but when we did find the fish they were some "Good-Uns". Today John got to do a little ribbing of his own when he got to land his personal best 7 lbr. We were also able to find a lot of new grass starting to grow in some of these areas and this is a very good sign of some great fishing to come. Have fun. Mike Carter
