Weber take two
#1
Went back up to the Weber river last night to try my luck again. Started out with my spinning rod and a worm and landed a 12" brown, and missed a couple others. After that, I decided to switch to my fly rod as some of the fish were rising again (not near what it was on Monday). I tried many different flies and nymphs, but was ultimately met with no success. Pretty sure it was a combination of wrong flies, bad presentations, and an angler who really has no idea what he is doing. It was good to get up there though and I did learn a little more about fly fishing and got some practice in. You'll never hear me complain about a day of fishing, they are all great in my book

What flies did you use? This time of the yr use a caddis with a sow bug. It's killer this time of the yr. I usually will catch from 30 plus on that combo
