Welcome to the site Maximizer, I see you have found the Wyo board already, please ask, if you have any questions about the site. What kind of fish do you usually target and what method do you use?

Trout is really the only thing to fish for in Pinedale. I don't fly fish. I have a boat so i troll quite a bit, spin fishing, bait fishing. I fish the streams quite a bit. I just bought a kayak so i'm exploring this type of fishing, this will mainly be my lake fishing tactic this summer. I recently, a few years ago, discovered catfishing haha and love it. The only place i have been is powell though. Doesn't seem like there is good catfishing close to me. I hear down below rock springs in the green is some good catfishing but haven't had a chance to try it yet. Also, just starting to get into jigging but don't know a whole lot about it so its more of an experiment. I like to fish for just about anything, been trout fishing most of my life and looking to change it up a bit.

Since you like to troll, have you tried fishing for kokanee? Have you ever fished Boysen, its over by Riverton, I know it has walleye but it might have catfish too.

Thanks for the welcoming everyone. I haven't fished for Kokanee but am going to give it a go this year. I have a trip planned for boysen around the end of June. This will be my first time fishing there, hoping to get into some walleye. I heard they have cats down there but don't know for sure.
