Launching at Boulder Harbor
#1
How deep is the crossing over the bar now? Used to be about 7 ft...
How about the shallow ramp? Can you launch a bassboat?

Stars...

Doing some back of the napkin calc's it appears the water level has dropped maybe 2 ft since the last time you launched at Boulder. I asked the Striper Group on FB. they said it's still navigable but watch out for the big rock on the right.

[:/]Gotta love it!

I like to go out for a little bass fishing near sundown during the week when shade gets on the walls near the dam. Don't know how I feel about re-entering that passage in the dark if it's so shallow and narrow.

Mead at 1073.37 yesterday.

Posted June 9th on the Nevada Striper Club FB page...

"FELLOW FISHER PEOPLE WARNING AS YOU GO too Vegas wash thru the gap on left side is bunch of rocks that are barely under water not marked I hit them today but was able to cut speed so no visible damage"

This is not the harbor but pays to be careful. If it's where I think it is that used to be a prime Striper spot in 35 ft of water.
