Quick trip to the berry 6/14
#1
Got on the water by 4:30pm today with one of the Neighbor boys. Found the kokes right away. We were back at the dock loading the boat by 7:00pm with 2 limits of kokes. Biggest was 19 1/2. Most were 16 to 18in.

Great! I am surprised that you could catch Kokes in the evening. I always thought they were a morning fish. But, what do I know. Haha.

What area did you find them in?

I usually have the lake to my self when I do evening runs. There was only one other boat out trolling last night. Fishing kokes in the evening, keep you lures close to your dodger (8 to 10in) and your speed just under 2mph and you'll put fish in the boat. Orange always seems to be a good evening color for me.
