Tony and I met early and were in the water at daybreak.<br />We tried some top water for a while with no action, switching to shakey head worms, sb, floating worms , also flukes in shallow grass. Didn&#39;t matter what we tried and we tried about a dozen good spots we didn&#39;t get bit until about 11 am and we each caught a shiort bass. We headed out about 12 noon. Just too hot. <br />Better days ahead. I think the ph is off and we need some rain to get these fish active again. Jmo. <br />
