A chilly day on Cleveland Reservoir
#1
I fished Cleveland today from my tube using fly tackle. I started at 9:00 and fished until 3:00 using a medium (#4) sinking line and size 8 bead head buggers. I caught all rainbows from 13" - 19" long. The water temperature was 47-48 degrees (dropping fast) and the visibility in the water of about 4'. The best fishing was in 15' - 20' of water. By the way, the deepest water I found was 20' deep. It was a fun day on water with some of the best fishing I've had up there this year.[Smile]
There were a half dozen shore anglers but it looked like it was slow fishing for them.[:/]

Yep it is low, but I have seen it a lot lower. I remember fishing it when they couldn't lower it any lower. There was just a narrow stream leading to the pipe in the dam.
