Hit cutler yesterday hoping for a good fall bite.
Very disappointing day, only one largemouth on a crankbait and couldn't even get bit dropping down on all the schools of fish around the bridge.
Duck hunters sure were blasting away in the morning.

I had planned on being there on Cutler as well, but got a last minute chance to hit Bear Lake instead and so I went over the hill and played with the pups on the east side and ended up doing a little wind surfin.... Dang wind blew us off and I nearly got in trouble trying to get the boat out of there... wave came over the stern and got my but wet as I was trying to get the boat onto the trailer... My trailer had a wood boat rest come off as well... It was quite the circus...Sure glad my brother was there to help get the trailer in the water on the ramp for me while I fought the waves and dealt with the wild conditions.. I hate wind...and waves when they get too big....
Sorry it wasn't the best day for you... Cutler is that way at times... and those fish around the bridge have permanent lock jaw for me... so don't feel bad about not getting them to bite... Later J
