[#0000ff]Ok. Yes, I can see the 22 mark through the tail. [#0000ff]I added a close-up shot. It would be better if more of the tape was showing, but I can accept this.[/#0000ff][/#0000ff]

Went to fish lake and Sadly couldn't land the big huge laker that would of gotten me into first place so I shall stay where I'm at.

Thanks for creating this contest once again for another year and hope for next season to be more competitive [Wink]

You need to check the currents standings. Unless you know something I don't, you are currently the leader.

Thanks for participating and I'm looking forward to next ice season.

Ya I'm with Ron, check the standings you thumped us... Ice was gone too quick and I couldn't find my Mac or Cat so I'm totally done so no worries of me putting in one to unseat you... BrigFish might could do it, but he's up north with me and no ice anywhere close so I bet you have this thing wrapped up... Congratulations... J

Ok. Here are the rules 5 and 6 at the bottom of this message. I think they explain it pretty well, but let me know if you have a better way of wording it.

This is a 5 fish challenge with your largest fish in each of the 5 categories counting toward your score. Only one fish per category counts. Where your fish ranks in a category among the other contestants largest fish posted is the score you receive for that category.

Example: So, say you have the largest fish posted in the Trout category. You would receive 1 point. If you had the third largest fish posted in the Panfish category, you would receive three points and so on for each category.

This is how the upcoming open water Utah Fishing Challenge will also be run.

So for your current score, if you look at the current Standings table, your Panfish (black crappie) ranks 6 (6 points), your Trout/Salmon (rainbow trout) ranks 4 (4 points) your Bass (largemouth bass) ranks 4 (4 points), your Predator (Lake trout) ranks 3 (3 points) and the burbot you posted for the Others category ranks 5. Add the scores of each category to get your score of 22.

Panfish - 11" Black Crappie - 6th
Trout/Salmon - 21" Rainbow trout - 4th
Bass - 13" Largemouth bass - 4th
Predators - 22.5" Lake Trout - 3rd
Others - 21" Burbot - 5th

TOTAL 22

5. Fish Categories - Points will be awarded for up to five fish (one in each category).
1 - Panfish - Black Crappie, Yellow Perch, Bluegill, Green Sunfish, Bullhead Catfish or White Bass.
2 – Trout – Rainbow Trout, Brown Trout, Tiger Trout, Splake, Brook Trout, Cutthroat Trout, Golden Trout
3 – Bass – Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass and Wiper
4 – Predators – Lake Trout, Northern Pike, Tiger Muskie and Walleye
5 – Others – anything else including Burbot, Carp, Channel Catfish, Whitefish, Grayling etc.

6. Fish will be measured and rounded down to the nearest half inch. The contestant posting the largest fish for the category wins first place in that category and receives one point. Second place = 2 points, third place = 3 points etc. The winner of each category will receive a prize. The contestant with the lowest score is the overall winner.
