BEER BATTER ROCK BASS

[indent]Following recipe works best with FLAT beer.
Open bottle or can of beer 24 hours before using.

[li]1 cup flat beer
[li]l/2 teaspoon baking powder
[li]1/4 teaspoon salt

Cut fillets into pieces about 2 inches.
Dip in batter.
