Broiled Grouper with Creamy Crab and Shrimp Sauce INGREDIENTS: [ul] [li]1/4 cup butter [li]1 1/2 cups heavy cream [li]1 teaspoon Creole mustard [li]2 (6 ounce) cans crabmeat, drained and flaked [li]1 (4 ounce) can small shrimp, drained [li]1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning [li]salt and pepper to taste [li]2 pounds grouper fillets [li]1 tablespoon olive oil [li]1 lemon, juiced [li]1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley [li]salt and pepper to taste [/li][/ul]
DIRECTIONS: [ol] [li][#333333]Preheat the oven broiler. Cover a medium baking dish with foil.[/#333333] [li][#333333]Melt butter with cream in a saucepan over medium heat, and blend in Creole mustard. Cook and stir until thickened. Mix in crab and shrimp. Season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until heated through.[/#333333] [li][#333333]Place grouper in the prepared baking dish, and rub with olive oil, lemon juice, and parsley.
