Firt post as a member.I saw in my cables catalog it looks like a book throw the fish in close the lid and insert a double bladed knife. out comes two fillets. Any body try one.

I saw that too. Looks like it might work okay, but I bet there would be a lot of waste. When it comes to filleting fish, I think it's best just to bust out the fillet knife (manual or electric) and dig in. After a while you can crank out the fillets, and you're not dependant on some gadget.
It reminded me of the Wunder Boner. How many boneheads got suckered into buying that?
