Picked Up The New Boat Today

I will be taking the boat out today on Willard for some break in time, and a little fishing.

I finally got the boat registration and the numbers today.  I got three sets of numbers and two month and year stickers.

Do the year stickers go first (closest to the bow) or do the boat numbers go first? 

Where does the third set of numbers go?   I need to put these on for the trip to Hyrum Monday.
