I get where you are coming from but again this is a fishing website and if you try and shame members because they are using poor grammar, spelling, punctuation in their post, what does that accomplish. It does nothing but enforce their believe that this is somewhere they don't want to be, because some members think they are better than them. Using poor grammar, spelling, punctuation, has nothing to do with a person's ability to catch fish and since this is a fishing website, isn't that the reason we all come here? The only thing I care about is if I'm able to read a members post, sometimes that is hard if poor grammar, spelling, punctuation are used but not impossible. We all make mistakes in our grammar, spelling and punctuation from time to time, because we are in a hurry or using a cell phone that auto corrects or just don't read what we type before submitting it. In the big picture, it doesn't really matter as long as your subject is conveyed to others. If this were a job setting, where it could affect you, then it could matter but most member will never even meet other members in person. In the end, we are not here to judge other members, we don't know what difficulties they might have had in their lives, we are here to read about what we all love and that's fishing. I would hope that is something we could all agree on.
