The Christmas fly? That's just green Flashabou wound up the shank (over a tapered thread base) with red (small) holographic tinsel counter-wrapped to make the rib segments.
Two coats of Sally Hanson's holds it together for a while, but these spring Cutt's are toothy critters. Hard on flies. [
