Conditions were great yesterday. Nice hard pack top with 15in of ice, top 4-6 of that was white. The bottom 10in was good clear ice no signs of deterioration yet. Worst case it gets 4-6in of slush in spots. To my surprise I didn't see one pressure ridge. It did snow 4in on us but the tents kept us plenty warm. The fishing was fast. I ended up with 49 fish. Biggest 21.5. Skyler had 38, biggest 19.75. If the top stays good we'll be back up next weekend for the final camp trip of the season. Cutter bugs in various colors tipped with waxies or mealies and power nibblets were the ticket. I did get a lot of skinny bodied big head fish.
