Open water at Gorge?

I am going to the Green River Thursday & Friday and heard rumor that there was some open water by the dam at the Gorge, and you could launch a boat & do some trolling can anyone confirm or give me some advice about where I can find out. They were pretty wishy washy at the lodge when I inquired. [signature] |
