I just did a quick search and found the KSL outdoors; Adam E. did a trip with outcatching.com and a guide named Darrell Axtell. It was posted on youtube.

As I noted above, Darrell is no longer in Oregon:

"I'm no longer in Oregon. Sorry! You can try brokenbacksturgeonfishing.com."

In response to me asking if I could safely take my boat up and fish safely, he responded:

"I haven't been there in years so you should ask someone in the area. Each year the water is different."

I made a mistake on who we went with. It’s who we booked our trip with and he referred us to broken back sturgeon fishing. Our original guide went down the Q rabbit hole and lost his successful business. Charles was a fun guy!  https://brokenbacksturgeonfishing.com/
