What lures work at Strawberry?? Help!

Funny, I haven't been to the berry for a while since I became a walleye addict (they are a step below a drug addict LOL). Last time I went there, I threw everything at them and they ate them all. It doesnt matter what color or shape your crankbait or lure comes in, they still bit them all. I was amazed at their willingness to bite just about everything. A friend was joking around and put a bubble gum on his hook and lowered the line, he had a fish chewing gum on his line! Then that same friend mentioned that his grandfather used to put potato wedge on his hook, he caught a huge trout. Dunno, but trout sure are dumb and very hungry. Probably on a suicidal trip to the live well...[cool]
